Christmas, come and gone...

This is the classic (we just woke-up) Christmas picture!

I love the Christmas season, but I hate how fast it comes and then leaves! But I'm grateful for camera's and the memories that I'll always have. We were super blessed this year! I wish I could name everyone who gave us a gift and was so super thoughtful, especially to our kids. I thank you, more than you would ever know!

Tis the Season for Parties!

I love the Christmas season, and with that comes lots of get-together's! We had our Ward Christmas party last Friday, and a Sing-a-long with some of Neil's family and friends this past Monday. They both were so much fun! I always get so nervous/excited when there are Christmas get-together's because I know that Christmas is just around the corner! I feel like I am such a little kid around the Holidays. I can't sleep, and I am just so happy! I just can't help it, it's too much fun and excitement. This year, EmmaLee is at such a good age, and she really understands a lot more, so Neil and I are so excited to see her reaction. Oh, how I love Christmas time! It's also a great time to reflect on all of the many great things we have in our life, and the reason we celebrate Christmas. It's definitely "The Most Wonderful Time of the Year!"

EmmaLee likes to have parties of her own, in her room! These are all of her babies, as of now! I wanted to take a picture, so we could always remember her babies, that she takes care of them better than any three-year old I know! Starting on the left there is Rose, Big Baby, EmmaLee is holding Lazy-eyed Sally, then Alexis, Maggie, Small Baby, Maddy, Cara and Kayla. What can I say? She loves babies, and I bet you can't guess what she asked Santa for Christmas??

Here is Carter, holding his own party with food, notice his tie was covered in it! At least he does eat his vegetables!

Friends forever!

Carter just wanted his Dad at the Ward Christmas party. So Neil carried him everywhere!

Carter wanted off, but at least he didn't cry!

EmmaLee wouldn't even come close to sitting on his lap, or even saying a word!

Cute Amy, Skyler and Issak going to see Santa!

Skyler!! This makes me laugh everytime I see it!

Nicole, Kohen and Andrew (such a cute family!) waiting to see Santa!

EmmaLee wanted to sing with the Primary and the Christmas party, so she stood there, but she didn't sing! I was just happy that she stood there as long as she did, because she usually gets so embarrassed.

Grandma and Grandpa Scott with EmmaLee, at the Annual Scott Family Sing-a-long!

Ben and Amanda (Who actually just got engaged today, Dec 16th! Congrats! We can't be happier!)

I LOVE this Picture! Carter is already trying to tease his cousin Hannah! They both have such cute smiles! LOVE IT!

This is one of Neil's very best friends, Nate.

Sorry, for the long post, but I had such great pictures, I couldn't leave anyone out! I seriously feel so blessed to have such great friends and family! I can't wait for all of the other fun family get-together's to come!

10K 2010!

For those of you who I haven't talked to... If anyone wants to join me in my quest to run the 10K again next year, please let me know! (July 24th) I have been bad and I haven't ran since my last 10K, so I decided I was going to start up again in January! It would be so fun if there were a bunch of people, then we could motivate each other. I know some of you are already in super great shape, and wouldn't need to train that long, but for me I have to start early! Anyway, for now HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

Thanks

I just love Thanksgiving. It's so fun to sit down and have a nice dinner and talk about all of the crazy things in life while enjoying each other's company. Our Thanksgiving dinner was smaller than usual this year, but it was just as fun and delicious! Thanks to my sister Judy who put it all together!
I did want to say thanks to my sweet husband who works so hard in school, my adorable kids who make my life better than imagined, and to all of my other family and friends who are such an amazing help to me in my life! I love you all!

Judy and Bob. They hosted a wonderful day!

EmmaLee with her Aunt Jodie

This is all of us, hanging out before we played BINGO! It's a tradition and every year we have played it, as long as I can remember!

New Moon

So a bunch of us girls from the neighborhood went to see New Moon! It was really good and I even screamed when Jacob took his shirt off! (Only cause Neil said I could, and Amy made me!) I can't wait to see the next one! Thanks girls, for making it such a fun night!

My camera's flash wasn't working that night, so here are the best pictures that I was able to take. Of course when I got home, I figured out what was wrong with it!

Our Home!

Two years ago, this month, we moved in. It's hard to believe it's been that long! Here are some pictures in no particular order . . .

We were so excited to move in, Joel, Mindy, Neil, EmmaLee and I came to visit a lot! It's fun to think back on how different our lives were, and how they've changed. We are so glad that we have moved in and made such great friends!

So Many Fun Halloween Things!

I just love Halloween! And I took many pictures! (Sorry I posted a lot!) There was so much that I wanted to do and didn't get to, but I still had so much fun this year! I hurried over to Gardner Village, on Friday to see the pumpkins and the witches with my friend Nicole and her sweet little boy Kohen. It was really cold! So we didn't last long, but we just had to see all of the fun Halloween stuff. Then we had a Murder Mystery Dinner at the Scott's (Neil's parents) for Frank's Birthday. It was so fun to dress up like our character! Neil and I were supposed to be elegant French people that had lots of money/jewelry. Halloween day, was gorgeous weather, and the kids were happy! It was a very relaxing, fun day! The kids had a blast! And EmmaLee loved shouting "Trick-or-Treat!" Carter just enjoyed walking around and getting candy. Neil went with Joel and Kenzie, so he didn't have to go by himself. It was a busy, but a very fun weekend!

EmmaLee was so cold, I should have dressed her better. But she loved this swing and wanted a picture on it.

Carter was obsessed with this water.

Nicole, EmmaLee and I by a Witch hiding in a barrel!

Sweet Kohen!

This is one of my favorite pictures of Carter! I caught this picture of him, when he was playing Peek-a-boo behind the counter!

Do we look French?

A pose from EmmaLee.

EmmaLee took this picture of us! Our name was Eve, (we had to share characters, because we had too many people for dinner, but it worked out good, because one of us could watch the kids) We however, were not the murders. We ended up just wanting to be rich and hoping to win over an estate!

Chris as his character, Spinner.

Jeff and Ben

Jill and Hannah. So festive!

Heidi! In her lovely gown!

Neil trying to steal from his sister Jessie.

Chad and Neil, who look drunk from the Root beer Floats!

Carter, a golfer (Thanks to Julie!! You're the best!) He wasn't too sure about his hat, so Neil gave him a sucker to distract him, and he kept it on most of the night! So cute!

The best picture I could get of the two of them together.

EmmaLee and Kensington. (Doesn't Kenzie look adorable? Mindy make her cute costume! She is an amazing seamstress!)

The Dad's, Neil and Joel, taking the kids around the neighborhood!

Jana, passing out candy at the door. I wish we would have had more trick-or-treaters! I still have lots of candy!

EmmaLee, the Fairy Princess (Again, because that's what she wants to be every year!) Shows off her collection of candy! She kept telling me that she wanted her hair tangled like the princesses have it! What she means is, having it curled! So cute!

Edward and Bella!

Neil was so proud of his Twilight pumpkin! He made it for all of the girls in the neighborhood! Can you see it? He did an awesome job!
